Return Policy

Timeframe:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery (except during sale periods).

Condition:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Refusals:
We may reject a return if the product appears used, washed, damaged, or spoiled — unless it arrived that way.

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective item, please share unboxing photos and videos with us via our WhatsApp or Website. Our Customer Support Team will review and assist you.


Return Charges & Refunds

Return Fee:
A ₹100 reverse pickup charge will be deducted from your refund per order — not per item.
(For example, if you return multiple items in one order, ₹100 is deducted only once.)

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (for both COD and prepaid orders) are non-refundable.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued as credits to your Cefalu Wallet via WhatsApp, which you can use for future purchases.


Exchange Policy

Timeframe:
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery (except during sale periods).

Exchange Fee:
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies on COD exchange orders.

Price Difference:

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference before shipping.
  • If it costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your Cefalu Wallet.

Availability Issues:
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, your amount (including IGST) will be refunded to your Cefalu Wallet, and you can use it to place a new order.


Return & Exchange Process

  • Initiate your return or exchange through the Website or App by following the instructions provided.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved by our Customer Support Team (within 48 hours), a reverse pickup will be arranged.
  • Please pack the item the same way it was delivered to ensure safe return.
  • Refunds and wallet credits apply to both COD and prepaid orders.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Note:
Products purchased during Sale or Flash Sale events are not eligible for exchange or return.


Exchange & Refund Conditions

We cover:

  • Loose stitching or seams
  • Fabric discoloration or fading
  • Uneven dye or color issues
  • Excessive fabric pilling or fuzzing
  • Missing or misplaced embellishments
  • Severe wrinkles or creases
  • Tears or frays along edges
  • Any visible defect affecting appearance or use

Not covered:

  • Damage from incorrect washing or care
  • Regular wear and tear
  • Alterations after purchase
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Fabric damage from harsh chemicals or environment
